David Roberts
David Roberts has served as Verra Mobility’s President and Chief Executive Officer since May 2018. He came to Verra Mobility in August 2014 as Chief Operating Officer bringing extensive management experience to the company. Prior to Verra Mobility, David was the President and Chief Executive Officer of BillingTree, a multi-channel electronic payment platform company. Before his time at BillingTree, David was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, leading the Equity Plan Services business. He joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch via sale of Equity Methods, where he served as Chief Executive Officer.
Patricia Chiodo
Patricia Chiodo has served as Verra Mobility’s Chief Financial Officer since June 2015. Prior to Verra Mobility, Patricia was the Co-President and Chief Financial Officer of Origami Owl LLC, a privately held company selling customizable jewelry through a network of independent designers. Before joining Origami Owl, she worked as a consultant to privately held companies for a year after serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for RSC Holdings, Inc., a provider of rental equipment in North America, servicing the industrial, maintenance and non-residential construction markets from April 2010 to April 2012.
Steve Lalla has served as EVP, Commercial Services since February 2021. Prior to Verra Mobility, he spent more than 30 years leading global, transformational changes at technology providers such as Vertiv, Dell and Motorola. At Vertiv, as Executive Vice President, he oversaw a global portfolio that included services and software solutions for power, thermal and industrial products. At Dell, Steve held leadership roles in Commercial PC, PC accessories, and cloud and data security. Prior to Dell, he led the Mass Market cellular phone business at Motorola.
Rebecca Collins
Rebecca Collins has served as Verra Mobility’s General Counsel since May 2016. Prior to joining Verra Mobility, Rebecca served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Contractor Management Services, a company providing customized SaaS solutions for businesses to outsource the management of contracts, payments and compliance related to the use of independent contractors. This followed her role as Deputy General Counsel at NJOY, Inc., a company that manufactures and distributes electronic cigarette and vaping products. Rebecca has also served as Senior Associate General Counsel at General Dynamics C4 Systems and began her legal career as a litigator with Steptoe & Johnson in September 1996, following a one-year clerkship for then Chief Justice Feldman of the Arizona Supreme Court.
Anat Gan Eden
Anat Gan Eden has served as Verra Mobility's Chief People Officer, responsible for all global human resources functions at Verra Mobility, since April 2018. Before coming to Verra Mobility, Anat served as Vice President of Human Resources at TOMS Shoes LLC and held several HR leadership positions at DIRECTV. Prior to DIRECTV, she held various HR leadership roles at NBC Universal and General Electric.
Jason Rivera
Jason Rivera has served as Verra Mobility’s Chief Technology Officer since June 2018, and previously served as its Vice President of Technology Development of Commercial Fleet Services. Prior to joining Verra Mobility, Jason served as Vice President, Business Development at The Maxis Group, a national provider of outsourced technology development. Before that, he served as Senior Manager, Transportation Research and Development, at 3M, a global technology and manufacturing leader.
Mike McMillin
Mike McMillin joined Verra Mobility in 2019 as Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy. In his role, Mike is tasked with accelerating Verra Mobility’s growth through a combination of strategic partnerships and acquisitions that will diversify and grow our product portfolio and geographic reach. He is responsible for managing all of Verra Mobility’s acquisition and post-merger integration activities. Mike joins Verra Mobility after more than a decade with HERE Technologies – a location technology, services, and platform company - where he most recently led the creation of the company's global mergers and acquisitions function when HERE Technologies was divested from Nokia. His other roles at HERE Technologies included lengthy stints in the operations and product side of the business, creating new business models and managing strategic initiatives to support product launches and acquisitions.
