Cynthia Russo currently serves as a director of PAR Technology Corporation, UserTesting, Inc. and Verifone, Inc. Ms. Russo also serves as the audit committee chair and a member of the compensation and nominating and governance committees for PAR Technology Corporation. She also serves as the chair of the audit committee for UserTesting, Inc. and Verifone, Inc. Ms. Russo previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cvent, Inc., a cloud-based enterprise event management platform, from September 2015 to September 2018. Prior to that, Ms. Russo served in a variety of senior financial roles of increasing responsibility at MICROS Systems, Inc., including as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from April 2010 until MICROS Systems’ acquisition by Oracle in September 2014. Ms. Russo holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from James Madison University and is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor.
